Keng: I feel that it is strange too, diode, but like Cheetos wrote on the decals for NA Grimlock, it may be a cheaper way to get a toy version, instead of paying NA prices?

diode: Indeed. NA usually has higher prices in their EX line. Not without a reason, since they have more printed details, more metallic paint etc. But yeah, a toy version could be transformed into a 'light' toy version at the hands of an enthusiast :)
