Points Back on Comment!
ShowZStore rewards genuine, high-quality customer comments — excellent comments will earn reward points.
How rewards work (new comment quality system):
1. Comments are automatically evaluated each week on multiple dimensions, such as product relevance and template-reuse rate.
2. Excellent comments earn +100 points per comment.
3. Monthly cap: 1,000 points per buyer.
4. Rewards are distributed every Monday for the previous week's excellent comments.
5. Multiple comments on the same product, or templates reused across different products, will reward only the first excellent comment.
6. Each weekly excellent-comment reward includes the product SKU and the comment timestamp (no full comment text shown). You can use the timestamp to locate the specific comment on your "My Reviews" page.
Other rules to keep in mind:
7. You need to complete at least 5 orders to be able to leave a comment.
8. You can only comment on one listing one time per 3 days. (Timer resets in middle night of GMT+8 Time Zone)
9. You get 1 point when other people "like" your comment. Premium members get double.
10. There is a limit to how many times you can earn points through 'like’.
11. Comments are sorted by how many "likes" they received.
12. Replying to other people's comments doesn't get you points, but if other people 'like’ your reply, you will still receive the 1 point for each like.
* On the same day, each buyer's first 1 like can give points to other customers, but the rest can’t. No.9 and No.12 are based on this rule.
Some Notes before you leave a comment:
1. ShowZStore reserves the right to adjust this points system at any time without prior notice.
2.ShowZStore has the right to terminate your comment privilege if your comments or your actions contain any of the below:
- ShowZStore's competitor's name/website address
- Bad language/attack other buyers.
- Political comments.
- Spamming/multiplying the same comments.
- Post useless comments (like "comment for points", etc.)
- Cheating (registering multiple alternate accounts and liking the comments which their main account made. Organized behaviors such as coordinated likes, spamming, or manipulating the points system. etc)
