If your tracking number starts with CY: customs may inspect parcels at random and charge additional taxes or fees under their own regulations. Please keep this possible extra cost in mind when ordering larger items.
In most cases our customers pay nothing extra on delivery. Very occasionally a package is pulled for a customs inspection and the local authorities charge import tax anyway. This is rare. If it happens, contact us first and we will try to help; if customs ultimately insists on the tax, that charge is the buyer's.
