Wolfcry: Quelle bonne suprise, I did not expect one version of Depth Charge so soon. RT’s take on Depth Charge, a Hero with a story. “it’s not revenge, I am looking for. It’s justice” Clearly one of the , if not the most favorite character from the BW series. His story is a bit batman-like (as his his tone) without a robot sidekick, Unless you want to define his cybershark drone as his sidekick, he has need of one. A joyless personality totally focussed on one and only mission bringing justice to X instead of the other way around. Making him a complete badass (maybe Bat-ass even), which is his great appeal to all BW-fans. His demise in the show was heoric yet exploding, as he fulfilled his one mission.
Having owned the G1-toys of the BW series, it was also my favorite toy among all others. However impressed, I do hope the thrusters on his wings will be added, the wings will have some articulation an maybe some polished chrome. I hoped that TA would deliver, so I have high hopes on this version to be the perfect replacement for the G1 toy. But time will tell if TR will be up to par of beyond.
