▲ This time, the curves of Megatron's figure are better, and the silhouette is not as squared as the previous releases of Lockdown and Optimus Prime. The full body metallic gray paint is overall pretty good. However, the biggest problem with UT is their lack of small details, which gives off a feeling of lesser quality. And so, turning movie designs into toys becomes a big challenge.

▲ The head sculpt is nothing special, and again the biggest issue is lack of details, which makes the entire face look a bit strange!

▲ The other Ultron like face looks better to me.

▲ In terms of height, UT Megatron is about 32cm and weighs about 607g. Does not feel heavy in hand. Displaying it next to UT ’s own Knight Optimus Prime (Purple Mirror version), the height difference is too much. I feel that there was not such a drastic difference between the two in the movie?

▲ In addition, the upper body seems a bit long, and a bit too skinny. Though it is not a big problem.

▲ No back kibble. The 3 movie designs released by UT all have zero back kibble!

▲ The front skirts are softer material, so you don't have to worry about stress marks when playing!

▲ Leg transformation is very clean, only the bottom of the feet are a bit messy, but considering transformation, it is reasonable.

▲ Articulation is okay, can do ground pound pose, however the feet cannot lay flat. Also, the ratchet joints feel relatively weak, which has been a continuing issue for UT.

▲ Weapon accessories include sword and shield, which look very cool when held.

▲ The sword and shield can be stored on the back together.

▲ Cannon has LED; solid light, slow pulse, and fast 3 flash effect. Would be better if the eyes had LED as well.

▲ After a series of mystical and brilliant transformation steps, it turns into a spacecraft. The sculpt and originality is quite good, and the size is quite large!

▲ The under side looks like this. If you've seen the movie then you know the transformation is movie magic. Respect to the toy engineer.
This UT Transformers 5 Megatron has pretty good proportions, just lacking in some detailing. However, the strong transformation design has redeemed its score quite a bit. In my personal opinion, I can highly recommend this product.
