1. No issue with the item:
Customer can return the item in 7 days after sign the package, customer are responsible for the return shipping cost+10% restock fee


2. Item has defects :

We will send the customer replacement part first, it may take some days(14-90 days) depending on the factory response speed. 

If we can’t get the pieces, we will send the customer a partial refund via points. 

You will receive emails for replacement tracking. 

Customers need to pay the return shipping cost if they do not accept replacement parts or partial refund and insist on returning the item. Our return shipping address is in China.

Note: If the after-sales request is made by 12 months after the item was received, then the chances of getting a replacement part would be low but don’t worry we’ll still try to get it for you and you can still submit the request. If we can’t get the pieces, in this case, compensation or partial refund won't be offered.
